  9.   Downloads files and images from binary usenet newsgroups. Very easy to use
  10.   and includes full-featured thumbnail and full-screen image viewers.

  12. BinaryVortex is distributed as follows:

  14.   1) BVORTxx.ZIP ... 32-bit version, Windows-95, Windows-NT
  15.                      [Decompress with PKUNZIP or WINZIP, then run Setup.Exe]
  16.  
  17.   2) BVORTxx.EXE ... Self extracting archive; Decompress by running
  18.                      executable.

  23.   license.txt. By installing this software you agree to all terms in that

  26. Adsoftware Information:

  28.   This program does download advertisements to your computer and may report

  32. Documentation is included in this archive in two formats:

  34.   1) HTML format: VORTEX.HTM, etc
  35.  
  36.      HTML format (HyperText Markup Language) files may be loaded by your
  37.      web browser, or various html utilities. The file is formatted much
  38.      nicer in HTML than in the plain ascii format below.
  39.  
  40.   2) Ascii format: VORTEX.DOC, etc
  41.  
  42.      A conversion of the HTML format files to plain ascii. If you don't
  43.      have a program that understands html, you can use these files.

  45. Installation:

  47.   It's a standard setup program, just run "Setup.Exe" to make it go.

  51.   This program is shareware. The unregistered shareware version of this
  52.   software may be distributed under the conditions specified in
